WET WET WET

After preparing for the worst today, we decided to have a look and see if our house was still intact after
last nights winds. All is good, albeit with a few puddles..

Portico Water Feature

On Friday the gutters and fascia were supposed to be put on, but that did not happen because the rain was so heavy. And the roof tiles and solar panels were to go on this week, but somehow I think that is not going to happen. OH WELL!!!

YIPEE!!!

WE HAVE A FRAME....

"OH MY GOODNESS" is what we first thought when we saw our house, it is enormous and now it actually feels like we are moving forward.
This time next week we will have a roof (if the weather holds up).

Here is what we saw today.

CHEERS!!!

We went out to the site on Saturday to crack a bottle of wine open on our Alfresco.
Obviously the wine went to Scotts head. (see below)

Cheers.

I went out today to see if there was any progress on the slab and they are definitely
going to pour the concrete tomorrow. It was good to see what the waffle pods looked like too.

WE HAVE TAKE OFF..... 15/12/12

Yesterday I got a call from our site supervisor with an update, he told me that the plumbing had been done and that next Tuesday/Wednesday the slab will be down.
Scott was so excited that he decided to go out and have a look after work in the dark.
I came home this morning to find a note that was quite amusing so I thought I would put it on here too.

Today I went out to have a look myself and wow I almost drove past I did not recognise the site, it had been scraped and had a port-a-loo on it too.
I managed to take a few pics too, gee what a gorgeous day.
